Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is inaccurate in that the phone was originally returned within the day time frameThis was the first time I had returned the phone and was told that I needed to turn the phone off and back on againWhen I returned the phone again for the 2nd time, it was in fact just outside of the day time periodAdditionally, I was returning for the same reasons and the phone had not be activated to any service plan during this whole period and remained in original packagingThough I am satisfied that CPR has recently refunded my money spent, the public needs to be aware of these inaccuraciesThis company remains dishonest, in my opinion and I will never return, nor recommend to anyone due to this Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, Customer purchased Iphone from our Watson store on 7-15-17. Customer returned on 8-26-describing touch issues. The device was inspected by our team before the device was sold on 7-15-The device left our store in perfect working conditionWe have a day
return policy on all device sales. Customer was verbally informed of this policy at purchaseWe have no idea what happened to the phone for the six weeks it was in customer's possession. Now, two months later, she is demanding a full refund. Customer threatened to call her lawyer. We told the customer that was OK. We have not made a decision yet on what we may or may not do

I am rejecting this response because: it is inaccurate in that the phone was originally returned within the 30 day time frame. This was the first time I had returned the phone and was told that I needed to turn the phone off and back on again. When I returned the phone again for the 2nd time, it was in fact just outside of the 30 day time period. Additionally, I was returning for the same reasons and the phone had not be activated to any service plan during this whole period and remained in original packaging. Though I am satisfied that CPR has recently refunded my money spent, the public needs to be aware of these inaccuracies. This company remains dishonest, in my opinion and I will never return, nor recommend to anyone due to this.
