I was really sad to hear bout [redacted] bad expirience with us. unfortunetly we cant do any kind of work for 19$. its actually saying 19$ for the service call which means for the tech to come out and inspect the problem, thats...

without doing any kind of work. only after the tech is on site inspecting what needs to be done he can determined whats the problem and how we can solve it. we are emergency service, we offer less then 45 min response and thats why our prices are a bit higher but we always make sure to give the costumer the full price before doing any kind of work with no hidden fees. ill be more then happy to work something out with [redacted] so she can feel better bout the whole thing but unfortunetly I cannot do it for 19$. 
 
plz let me know what we can do in order to solve the issue as fast and best for all sides
