I hired [redacted] to do plumbing work at [redacted] Terrace in [redacted] on 7/31/2012. On August 2, 2012 I paid him his requested deposit of $1,800 per the signed contract. August 15, 2012 he was paid $485 for an additional repair plus another $150 for the plumbing permit which was already included in the contract. On Thursday August 23, 2012 he asked if I would pay him the balance of $1,980 and he would be back on Tuesday August 28, 2012 to finish and get my rough plumbing inspection. He took my check and I have not seen him since. He never came back to do the work I have paid him for. He has put this renovation 3 months behind holding up all other contractors.
