my wife ordered 1 combo #4 with a side of sour cream,and I ordered 1 Dort Locos box asked for no sour cream on the Burrito and dort toco. We got our order and there was sour cream on the dort toco which was no big deal ate it anyway went to eat my Burrito. and not only was there sour cream in it which I had asked there not to be but when I went to cut into the burrito there was a black hair in it. we asked for the manger but there was not one in the store she had went to the bank and left an employee so called in charge we told the cashier about our order being wrong and the hair being in the burrito and that we wanted our money back she did apoligize and told the person in charge who said we would have to wait until the manager got back that they had very little power to handle this. We did wait until the manger got back and come to find out it was the general manager who was very rude and did not want to resolve the matter so we demanded our money and that is when she said to call corperate to take care of issue and was very unprofessional about the whole thing. Then she said she called the police because she said we were being belligerent which at this point we were upset but not being unruelly so we waited for the police and in the end ended up leaving without our money back or even being offered to make our order right.
