Our legal department was able to reach this owner shortly after this complaint was received and we were told she mistakenly left this review with the Revdex.com and thought she was on our website Her complaint was that she was unable to pay the required resort transfer fee that her resort charges to
complete this transfer Our management team has agreed to pay this cost on her behalf We have left messages attempting to provide this information on 8/15, 8/16, 8/19, and again today As stated above, we are willing to cover the cost of her resort transfer fee on her *** *** property Please let us know if you have any further questions
Our management staff have reviewed this file and complaint and can document and prove without a doubt we are NOT a scam company and have had excellent follow through with this owner She purchased the RCI points entry program with a three year usage, her account was set up within the timeframe
set forth in our agreements and her account number is #*** We have been in contact with the owner since 4/7/2016, the date after the sale, in which we did a phone call that verifies all terms of the transaction with the owner at that time, this was followed up with an email with our contact information Since then we have processed both her new RCI account in addition to the processing of her *** timeshare through our preferred title company, *** ***Please see attachment for all supporting documentation and correspondence with this customer Please let us know if we can assist in anyway
