We have an old house and it has a lot of the old charm such as a cedar window seatThe previously owners painted shut the hinges on the seat so you could not use the cedar chestJason took the time to remove all the paint and reinstalled them without causing damage to the chest or having to use new hinges (since the hinges were probably originals from the 1930's)
