Over charge for bad service
They came to my house and charged me $273.56 to exterminate for roaches in June 2012. The roaches were still here and when we called them back out they charged me another $146.00 to do a follow up in July 2012.

To me this is unacceptable and I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. If you feel this is the proper way to do business than donate your money to them, I never will. I am out over $400.00 and I still have Roaches.

The tech told me the reason we still had roaches was because all the cabinets were not emptied on the 1st application. My brother was here then and he told me the tech told him he could still get rid of the roaches without emptying the cabinets.

I am inclined to believe my Brother!!
