I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] concerning this complaint. He has informed me that if Mr. [redacted] would like to buy the vehicle for $13000.00 he may certainly do so but that does not include a trade being that the value of the trade is not in with that price.

I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] concerning the warranties for Mrs. [redacted] covered vehicle. Mr. [redacted] would like for me to apologize for any confusion that she has with the warranty.  He has informed me that she does have the 3yr/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty and she also the...

 5yr/60,000 mile powertrain warranty for this vehicle. The 100,000 mile warranty is available if Mrs. [redacted] would like to purchase it.  Again, Mr. [redacted] would like to apologize for any confusion on this matter.
