Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I appreciated all the time Jason spent educating and discussing flooring with me. I can't say enough about how helpful Craig was -- He not only did a great job laying the floor in the living room and bedrooms, but advised and helped me in other areas of the house, even helping to fix problems with an improperly installed floor someone else had done.
