I hired C&L Flooring to redo the floors in y bedrooms and kitchen on July 18, They messed up my floors and furnitureJob is still incomplete July 18, I hired C&L flooring to redo the floors in bedrooms and kitchenI spent days waiting for them to come and they said they had someone coming and never didFinally when they did the job was not done right I'm still stuck with a kitchen floors that are unevenI have all my kitchen furniture messed up and I can't even get the owner to return my callsIt took them over months to finish the bedroom floors which wasn't done right eitherThe floors weren't cleaned before the hardwood floors were installedNow they want to charge me above what they told me initially and wants extra money to come out to fix the mistakes they made in the first place

Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly I appreciated all the time Jason spent educating and discussing flooring with me I can't say enough about how helpful Craig was -- He not only did a great job laying the floor in the living room and bedrooms, but advised and helped me in other areas of the house, even helping to fix problems with an improperly installed floor someone else had done

Great people from sales to installation! They worked hard to find exactly what we wanted at a good price Highly recommend them for all types of flooring!

It is always a nice thought getting new flooring but really MAKES the experience awesome when I received the help I received working with Zack From c&l flooringThis guy came to my house, showed me my options and then completed our project effectively Very professional young man and I enjoyed working with this company! Installation service was not completed by sub contractor hired by C&L Carpet to install wood laminate
C&L subcontractor was not prepared with tools to complete an installation job for aisle The contractor kept continuosly complaining of the job, continued to say he could not complete the job the same day because it was more difficult than what he was led to be believe The individual continuously kept texting, smoking outside the property and was not much engaged After two solid hours of work, he told me he would need to return some other day because he had personal business and would require him to leave in minutes I vented my dissatisfaction and he proceeded to tell me he could leave any time he wanted I told the individual to leave and he called his supervisor I spoke to his supervisor and explained my dissatisfaction with the customer service and lack of preparation of his sub contractor to complete the job After ~minutes the individual proceeded to initiate

I have called the installer all those dates that I have stated (9-15-17, 10-19-17, 10-20-17, 10-26-17, 10-27-17, 10-28-17, 10-30-17, 10-24-17) he always say 5:we be their call again always a different excuseIf we can't resolve this I will go to plan BI don't want Mr*** *** in my home, he is not a men of this wordI will pick the coand they can paid for it to be done right
