be returned to me. 1 key for unit a,b and alleyway. He replaced the lock at unit B without my consent and claiming it's damaged. I don't believe it. 3) take all his tools out from the building. Do not demand me for more payment. This is his fault as not only I have paid him on time and up to date but also lost significant amount of rent income. [redacted] B - The contract stated the completion date is 12/10/16. Hardly anyone is on the job since January, 2017. It's abandoned. He agreed and signed a statement dated 4/3/17, the job can be completed on 4/20/17 for both unit a and b and [redacted] by 4/30/17 after I agreed to send him a check for $4900. He has deposited the check. Again, not show up to do the work or respond my call and texted message.
