Hello there,I am the owner of CJoy Salon We have been in contact with this client and offered her money back She said she would like to come in to speak with us in person next Tuesday What is needed from me as of now?I do not feel like this client should get their money
backbut now that they are threatening me with my business' reputation, here she is getting her money back The service she received has been performed over times in the last few months by the same service provider Our salon it'self has provided 100's of this service to happy clients It's not possible that the smoothing treatment we did on her hair, made her hair more frizzy It's like someone saying they put oil on their hair and it became frizzy Since she is getting her money back, when does the Revdex.com become uninvolved in this situation?Thank you for your time and help,CarolannOwner of CJoy Salon

I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern,I did not asked to speak with anyone. That possibility was rejected by the business when I first called looking for a remedy. Only when they gave me no options whatsoever I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. I went personally yesterday because I chose to get a receipt for the reimbursement. Now , that I have being reimbursed,  I will be able to seek the service somewhere else. I appreciate the professionalism of the Revdex.com in this matter.
