Review: I have used this company for many years to have my lawn mower serviced. Thre is a very long story that goes alog with my complaint, but it simply comes down to this, I asked them for an estimate before they did anything to the lawnmower. They did not give me an estimate. When discussing the situation with the office manager and the mecahnic, the office manger said, and I quote ,"I'm sorry, I thought that you could read." This after she accused me of lying and then interntioanally doing this to get a free belt pu ton my tractor. Worst customer service experience ever.Desired Settlement: I want a written apolgy, a verbal apology and then I never want to speak to this company again. I will pay for the money for pick up and delivery, but since none of the rest of the work was authorized, I will not pay for anything else.

Pick up, labor, parts, and delivery were completed for this customer as she verbally asked. Customer never submitted to us anything in writing until delivery. We made numerous efforts by phone and in writing to satisfy this customer.
