I called the customer as soon as I received the complaint letter. I was in total shock because I was unaware that my web site had been doing any business at all. I was never informed of any transactions by the company that was running and hosting the web site. I immediately called them, [redacted]...

[redacted] Scottsdale [redacted] * [redacted] but the phone lines were disconnected. There had been no response to my e-mails to my account manager at [redacted] or [redacted] her assistant, for several weeks prior to my receiving the complaint letter, I gave all the phone numbers and names to the customer but we both found out that there was no one there. Evidently they had done business using my business name and web site without my knowledge and the payments were going to a business called [redacted] There was no response at that phone number either. I explained further to the customer that I had paid $10,200.00 to [redacted] to establish merchant accounts and other digital services for me under the name TMD Global Enterprises.com. They had set me up to receive direct deposits for invoice processing and three payments came in but before I could process them the payments were retracted and refunded, but they took back more than they were entitled to, I never got that money back either, $300.00. So I sadly explained to [redacted] that for the second time now I have been the victim of fraud and sadly so was she. However in her case she will get her funds back through the credit card company because there is no one to dispute her claim. As for me I am out $10,200.00 dollars. I was put in contact with [redacted] through another scam by a company called [redacted] That company scammed me out of $50,000.00, my entire 401K savings, so you see I am not doing to well right now. Now [redacted] is somehow related to a company called [redacted]. They too I believe to have vanished. I have since taken my web site TMD Global Enterprises.com off the internet to prevent any further chance of abuse. I hope that this was the only case involving my former web site.
