stump grinder could not fit into the back yard where the tree stump is. The employee of CJ Tree asked if he could take a portion of the fence down, but she did not want that, so the employee then asked the neighbor if he could go through his property to get to her backyard, but he said no. One of our men did break a piece of the fence when they were there doing the job months ago, which will be replaced by CJ Tree Service. I don't know at this point if we will be able to grind that stump, because of the entry being to small. I will call the customer and see if there is any change of letting us get into the yard to grind the stump. Thank YouCJ Tree Service, Inc.[redacted]
absolutley horrible!! owner will not stop calling and harrassing me. I told him I would pay for the "terrible" work he had completed and that I dont want him back here to do anymore work. (no contract was signed or money exchanged) calls me again and actually threatened to bring a truck back to my yard and DUMP debris onto my property. Starting insulting me and raising his voice in front of my son who was standing behind me. I already reported him to the attorney generals office and told him if it continues, the local police will be called, thats how threatening the owner has been behaving!
during the blizzard of 2013, I received a quote which I was told by numerous people, including contractors and insurance adjusters, was ridiculously high. He did do part of the work of removing branches off my house. When I told him insurance wont cover a price that high and I WILL PAY for the work already completed, he kept on pushing and pushing the issue. Demanding my insurance adjusters phone number, threatening me with a lawyer. ( I never signed a contract with him) Started yelling to me from his truck in the street to me as I stood at my front door. DONT HIRE this company!!!
