The garage was not to be rebuilt but to be repaired. I was unaware that repairs required a permitHowever, since her garage needed a certain percentage, it did require the permit but she did not want to wait for the drawing and application process. The debris of which she states in the
dumpster was not full. I only put debris that was placed with a shovel. I would like to see the photos to which she refers that she has in her possession of the debris in the dumpster.I have a text message from her that states that she was cancelling the contract and the $that was paid was for our time and work which we had completed for her (which actually exceeded $3000) was for us to keep. Prior text messages had included reference of legal action and her irate attitude and profanity was not what I wanted nor did I interact with her in any type of unprofessional manner
