C & J which is Carl and Jenny, husband and wife team, came out last week and gave me a bid for some work I needed doneThey gave me an appointment for todayI called them last night to confirm they were coming and received no return phone callThey were supposed to be here at noon and it is now 2:PMI called him and he told me he did not remember he had an appointment with me and that he won't be able to get to me for two to three weeks or he could give me an associate who was probably cheaper than himI asked why he did not call me and let me know and he said I am was on his list of people to callHe talked over me the entire timeTurns out that his wife and him were at my home a few years ago to give me a bid but did not because he had a heart attackI did not receive a call then either and I feel the wife could have called meI have my own health issues so I am very patient which is why I called them the second time to do the work

I called them last night to confirm they were coming and received no return phone call. They were supposed to be here at noon and it is now 2:30 PM. I called him and he told me he did not remember he had an appointment with me and that he won't be able to get to me for two to three weeks or he could give me an associate who was probably cheaper than him. I asked why he did not call me and let me know and he said I am was on his list of people to call. He talked over me the entire time.
