Review: CJ express is a transportation company what receive clients' merchandise order on the website.Then they send these merchandise to china.But actually they provided very poor service.They did not provide the track number after they sent out the merchandise.If the clients did not received their product, they also will not look for the detail information for the clients.No one knows the detail for these merchandise.

Review: 1/6 drop the package for ship. Paid cash only. promise delivery in 2 weeks. Provide the tracking # and not tractable. Two weeks passed called and called for 2wks. finally got a hold with [redacted] in the company for the delivery update, give few more day will get del.

now, it 4/23 I called and texting every day everytime the answer from [redacted] is going to be del. but not delivery. I requested to claim lot of the packaging and provide the total goods lose cost he replied again give a couple more days. Now a couple more days passing again with not delivery update. Desired Settlement: The cost of the good is $622 plus shipping $40 and the time stress and time I have to deal with and lost of my customer adding $400 total financial loss claim is $1062. customer has paid me, I have to pay back to my customer.
