C Golden & Associates

I have done business with C Golden & associates and was solicited to set up auto debit recurring payments for my balance owed to the company. I refused to set up automatic payments and advised the company to contact me each month on the 15th of the month to set up payments. I have a signed contract that states that the company will call me monthly rather than make automatic drafts. Once I made a payment with C Golden & associates, the company retained my debit card information, which I specifically advised them not to do. The next month C Golden & associates made an auto debit from my checking account. I contacted them to express my disapproval and demand a refund. The company refused to refund my money.
