ROOF REPAIR.I've come into an agreement with [redacted] regarding the repair of my leaky roof and explained to him that no tar or patch will fix this problem as all that was done in the past with no success. I've stressed to him that I've been informed the only solution is to install flashings where wall & roof meets and only if flashing will be installed that I'll contract him for the job. He agreed that he will be removing shingles & install the flashing. On [redacted] in my conversation with him suggested he is ready to do the work like the next day and again I was assured the shingles will be removed & flashhing installed. He wanted to come out just based on what he said, luckily I told him I don't do business that way & need a bid in writing in my hand specifying exactly what will be done before any work is to start. He seemed to be rushing to gfet started & quoted me $775.00 to do what we agreed upon. After the work ws performed when it rained water leaked in my house as usual when I notified him he became on the defense & argumental. He promised to come out & when he did he clim on the roof with a spray can & sprayed the areas as though the spray can take the place of the flashing which I discovered was not installed as per written agreement. He promised to come back & fix it, but did not show up on the days agreed upon & getting very irate & disrespectful in my phone conversation to the point of telling me to shut my mouth. I've asked him if that is his scare tactic or cap out to get me angry & think he can walk away with my $775.00 and leave me with a leaky roof as before the repair and lose my money as well. I resorted since to text him which he blatantly ignore.
