[redacted],This letter is in response to your complaint to the Revdex.com and your request for reimbursement on thecost of installing dampers in your HVAC system at the above address.
C & E Developments acknowledges that it took an unsatisfactory amount of time to respond to yourrequest to have your system inspected and serviced. We do believe that the inspection and servicedone by the qualified technician resulted in the system you purchased with the house performing tothe capacity for which it was designed and permitted for.
We shall not be compensating you for your decision to upgrade the system that was installed.We shall, however, compensate $850.00 in recognition of our inability to address your concerns ina timely manner and for which we sincerely apologize.
