C & E Construction

He was doing a few little jobs with electrical and plumbing for me. He said I had a leak in a bathroom and he was going to have to jack hammer up the floor. I told him I would pay him when he finished but he told me he would be through that day to go ahead and pay him. I paid him 3600.00 dollars, he torn everything out of the bathroom, bought a bathtub and then took all his tools and left. I now have a 3,000 dollar tub an no bathroom!!! My son then came in and found out that all the electrical he did does not work and has code violatons. He put in smoke detectors that were to be wired in and one has fallen off the ceiling (these cost me 600.00) and the carbon monoxide fell also and was not wired in. The lights he hung were just barely hanging also. I have pictures of the mess he left and plan on filling charges against him. I am a widow and he took advantage of me big time and has been working on my house for over a month doing work only 3 to 4 hours a day. I don't want anyone else to be done this way by him.
