The following unsatisfactory repairs are the result of a total gut renovation of my 3-story single family home: Plumbing • Loud knocking noise from water pipes when hot water is running and throughout the day Rear porch • Missing screws and washers on the support beams for rear wooden porch • Missing baluster on rear porch • Warped balusters on rear porch Drywall and Paint • Drywall behind pantry door was not mudded and taped(The wall was painted without mudding and taping) • Uneven paint on walls and trim (walls are partlally painted with one coat of paint) • Drywall cut uneven around sprinkler head covers leaving open gaps (sprinkler system was installed) Flat roof on 3rd floor is leaking from bathroom vent Floor, door and window trim • Bathroom and bedroom door trim is inches above floor level (in some cases caulk was used to fill gaps between floor and trim) • Gaps in door, floor and window trim where trim pieces connect (through-out house) • Half inch gaps betwe
