Delayed services, Took 5 months for them to file my bankrupcty.
Started the bankrupcty process in June. Took off work x3 days and was called each time to reschedule. Husband had wages garished and payed off debt by the time the process was complete. Went to the office and was assured that I would be filed by the next day. Then come two weeks later my car got repo because I still never had a case number. Darlene was aware of my concern of lossing my car also. Received a case number the next day after repo. Then 3 days later was contacted to turn in documents which I had already brought to the office. Which means they lost them.
