C & D Towing Specialists Inc

I called C & D Towing for a very small job. I received a quote over the

phone for $179-$250, the person on the phone promised me it will be the

minimum ($179) since it's a very small job. I didn't need my truck to be towed I

just needed them to pull my truck 2 feet forward because the back of my

truck was stuck on a steep hill in a drive way. The entire job took

15 minutes and they gave me a bill of $375.00. I tried to call the

office to ask why the bill was over double than what I was promised on the phone and

received no answer, finally when I got an answer and they said they cant help me and

I had to pay another $125 for making the driver wait. They didn't care that I was

trying to get a hold of someone from the office to resolve the problem. Then they threatened to

tow my truck so I had no choice to pay the now $500.00!! After the whole ordeal I finally spoke to a manager

and he wasn't helpful at all and Rude!! Be careful with this company and don't do the same mistake I did!
