I would like to complain on this Business in regards to my vehicle repair job, they promised me 100% customer satisfaction and after holding my vehicle for more than two months the job was very poor and incompleted, my vehicle had hell damaged and paint was falling off, they promised me to repaint my whole vehicle and fix all the damages from the hell and they failed to do so, they also took my vehicle to Dallas, TX without my authorization./permission. When they took my vahicle they said it will be ready within 3 weeks and its been over two months. Their customer service was awful and kept on liyng to us, also didnt release the vahicle to us until we paid them the amount of $5,000.00 for the incomplete job. Their advertise says 100% customer satisfaction and a lifetime guarantee and they have failed to do so.
