I am rejecting this response because:This lame response sounded like he is a responsible businessman. There was no screaming or cussing. No inappropriate language was used. As sson as I demaned him to send me the check, he hang up on me. I had to call my insurance broker to contact him and had him sent the certificate of completion to  her and then she forwarded it to me; and then I sent to my insurance company for the refund.3 landscape lights were run over by the large trailer he used to haul the trash. He came by one day and promised to repair them. Now he said they are burned light bulbs. He is now changing his stroy. I even have a neigbor who witnessed this conversation that he promised to repair the lights. I also called him few more times after that and he either not return call or promised to come in a couple of days. He promised the same thing for the fallen fiber glass insulations. He did not denied his error at hat time. Now he said otherwise. His response simply demonstrated how dishonest he is. A crook. Do not deserve to be in business.
