C & C Towing

Had a vehicle towed on Saturday night (wrecked), picked vehicle up Monday evening before close of business, would have been Sunday but they are closed on the weekend! So easily gets to charge more feesOk then proceeds to quote me $first off, drive to town bring back cash, cause they won't take debitreturn with cash, oh then it's $so back to town! Then we pay and get locked in the impound lot trying to load the vehicleOffer any help to their customer? Nope (would have even paid too) instead she sits on a four wheeler in the shade and watches us kill ourselves in the degree sunonce finally loaded with multiple friends called in to help, she hollers we have minutes or we all stay the night cause the gate will be locked for the final time! I just can't evenbarely got the rig out, locked in different times, and still narrowly escaped! BAD BAD BAD

Was towed here after an accidentNot only extremely expensive but Customer service was extremely awful From the beginning the lady was extremely rude and had no problems cussing her customers outIn the end it cost $to even get my car outAbsolute 0/Worst customer service I have ever receivedDo not recommend to anyoneI would hate for anyone to have to deal with these people
