C & C Seamless Gutters

I was charged for a product "Cambodia Garcia"
After I cancelled the order the month previously
They shipped new bottle and charged my debit card without my
Permission After many calls to return product and get refund the
Company refused saying they could do returns
I then spoke to supervisor and she returned 35% as a courtesy
Which was only

Review: I had gutters installed by this company int he fall. Over the winter, the finish started pealing off on all of the inside corner pieces. I contacted the company in the early spring and I was told they would be out to fix the problem. They never showed and have not responded to numerous phone calls over the past few months.Desired Settlement: Replace the pieces that are pealing.
