Warning! Do not hire this company! He lied and tried to rip me off. This is what happened. He came and gave a very low bid of $250, to clean the roof, gutters and putt moss killer on the roof. Then he said I needed 3 flapper vents to be replaced. He even showed me photos of cracked vents etc. His bid for fixing them was $600. The total bid was $900. I told him I couldn't afford that, so he said make me an offer. I thought this was strange and unprofessional. He came down to $600 for replacing the vents and cleaning the roof. He said this was really cheap as though he was doing me a favor and giving me a really good deal. I requested a bid and he emailed me one. I did not agree to have him do the job because I was beginning to have my doubts about him. Then he insisted to come out right away to do the job that afternoon. I said, "No, you are rushing me. I need to think about it because it was a lot of money." I told him I was going to have another contractor come out and look at the vents. He became upset and mad at me. So the next day, I had another contractor come out and look at the flapper vents and he said nothing was wrong with them. There was not any cracking on any of the vents. This means that the photograph of cracked flapper vents that C & C showed me was not even of my house! He is a con man, liar and a cheat. He gives a low bid for roof cleaning and then claims the vents need to be replaced and charges a fortune for that. BEWARE!! Do not hire this company!

Good service, fair price, nice product and installation. Very satisified.
