C & C Roofing and Exteriors Inc

I am writing to report a negligent repair of a window at [redacted]. I own this single family house and have a current tenant who has been there a few years, in 2012 I had hail damage and extensive work was done there by C & C Roofing and Construction, Inc. of [redacted] The person I have dealt with is [redacted], Telo: [redacted]. This was started in June of "12 and was paid by the checks from the [redacted] plus $500 for a deductible paid by me. There were 4 windows replaced as well as the roof and the roof over a deck in back, plus some painting. In the process of installing the windows one of the roll out handles was damaged. [redacted] said he would replace it. He said he had the part in his truck. That replacement never happened. I have called him and he promises to do it, but it does not get done. Now he does not answer his phone, it is just leave a message. I have left a message, but no results. This was paid in full back in 2012 and I would like to have the repair done. I don't know [redacted]s address. I only know the address of his company. My tenant reported to me recently that it had not been repaired.
[redacted] said if I had an issue with the warranty I should call him.
I would appreciate it if you are able to help to get this done. I will be sending a notice to the company that I have written to you. I will enclose a copy of the final billing.
