I hired this company to do some plumbing work in my basement. The results are very unsatisfactory. Actually the condition was made worse because instead of having an intermittently dripping water valve, I cannot turn it on to use the water in the basement sink without water shooting out of another valve to the outside hose that was also supposedly fixed. I called [redacted], the owner, 3 different times and each time he gave me a day when he would be out to fix it. He never came or called any of the 3 times.
