Review: Flooring was started on 12-21-2012 during installation they moved the oven and it did not work for Christmas dinner and still does not work. They finally completed putting the floor down on 1-5-2013 only after I had to keep calling and reminding them to come back. I went into the Austin store on 1-29-2013 to remind them about fixing problems with the floor and oven and STILL no one has called me. Customer service is terrible and the product installation is below standard.Desired Settlement: Fix the oven and the problems witht the floor.
