Review: We are a school and parish and we hired CC Electric for work on clinic. We put a deposit down and when we went to pay, we accidentally entered the total invoice rather than the balance (total invoice - deposit). When we noticed, the check had already been mailed and cleared so we contacted the company to refund us the over payment. We have contact them and the contractor they used to get the refund by phone and email but no refund has been issued.

I have documents to attach including the invoice, the check stub (which includes one other invoice on it), and the history of contact dates and notes.Desired Settlement: We are requesting the refund of the over payment be issued as soon as possible and be mailed to our Finance Office .
