Review: C & C Concepts laid concrete after a new garage was built due to tornado damage. The concrete has now cracked in 3 places after being laid less than one year. After multiple calls to C & C and several messages left, I was able to contact them once. This was on May 19, 2012. C & C said they would come by the next day, which would have been 5/20/12 and look at the problems with the concrete. C & C never showed up and has never tried to contact me back regarding this issue. Prior to any product failure issues, I tried to get an invoice from this company with no luck. The invoice was needed for insurance purposes. I was able to use copies of the checks for proof of product purchase. I allege that this company took advantage of me under duress after a tornado hit my home.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to repair the concrete issues that have occurred, as soon as possible, and provide me with proper documentation regarding all services rendered.
