In the fall of 2012 [redacted]/crew drove a roofing nail through an attic A/C line while installing the roof shingles. Do to not being used at that time, the problem went undetected until May of this year. The Air Conditioning service tech found the nail, took pictures to verify, and repaired the line. The repair ran about $1,000 total.I called [redacted] on his Cell 4 times and the [redacted], CT line once leaving messages regarding the problem and to call me back.He NEVER replied - very poor attitude considering I paid him promptly, even the same day he asked for the next 1/3 as per Contract!
