She forgot to fix part of dress and took 3x to fix it and charged me for it when she said she wouldn't.
She was supposed to get dress altered but forgot to do part of it and I was supposed to leave out of Town. I talked to her on phone and she said she will fix it. No charge. I come second time and it's still not fixed. Then I come finally time and she fixed it but she said I have to pay when she told me on phone she wouldn't charge me. [redacted] is a horrible customer service person that doesn't know how to treat customers. I didn't want to cause a scene at store and needed my dress but I'm so mad with this company because she's a liar!! The dress is not even how we discussed. She said she would let out all seams but she didn't.
