C Bar H Towing and Recovery

They towed my car from the freeway, I had had an accident. They pulled my car out so it was facing the wrong way on the freeway so the guy told me he was going to take me to the next exit. While at the mentioned freeway exit he informed me it was cash only. He had not mentioned this previously. I didnt have over $200 cash. So he than took me back the way we came so I could round up some cash for him. I guess I was taking too long he than informed me he had to impound my car. The man left me in a strange city in a gas station. Once I finally got the cash and went back to the location he wrote on a piece of paper, I didnt even get an impound slip, my car was nowhere to be found. I had to call the guy and he arrived an hour and 1/2 later. They than charge me a milage fee for his mistake, an impound fee and since it was after 5 when he arrived an after hours fee. I feel like this guy was taking advantage of me since I was alone with my son. I feel like he was just trying to get extra money out of me. If he would have mentioned the supposed cash only policy after he dug me out of the snow and before he loaded my car my mom who was their by that time had the cash.
