Honestly, the ARCHBAY is the best rental in town. Every aspect of their services is superb. I will recommend it to all and sundry. They have the best DEAL so far!

C Arch Bay Co is a very good company to rent from because of their quick responses to problems with their property but they are horrible about making sure that your residence is "spotless & dustless". They expected my home to be spotless (with animals) & they're definition of clean is totally different than any normal person. I had to move because of re-zoning & they told me to just make sure that the house was swept out but wouldn't give me an extra day to do that. They refuse to give my Security Deposit back because of 'dust' & them not allowing us to finish cleaning, even though they told me I didn't have to. Double Standard?
