We rent from c and M Rentals since January of 2020. We have constantly had issues with them coming out to repair things that they are required to fix. When we moved into the new rental house June of 2020 we found roaches. Told them about it and were told they would spray that month. It is now August 5 no one has come. We have also advised them ac was leaking in the house causing the walls to warp. No one ever came. My spouse was able to end up fixing it himself. Several other issues have not been addressed but not as bad as the bugs.
