CAZT billed my credit card to renew a subscription without my consent. I noticed the charge within two days of it hitting my bank accountI went online and canceled my account with them and sent an inquiry and request for a refund. I fully expected to receive an email with a courtesy refund but what I received was an extremely rude response from someone named [redacted] who even included a smiley face emoticon along with a screenshot that is supposed to show me some fine print disclaimer. Aside form the fact that I recall no such thing being there for this person to put in a smiley face seems to prove that these CAZT people are laughing at anyone duped into these charges.I sent an email back asking if they were indeed laughing at meand asking if they really meant to spread this kind of ill-will within our industry over 35.47 Apparently, they do as I have received no more responses.
