This was plain and simple human error. The day that Mr. [redacted] was here I went to speak with him and apologize personally. Two vehicles sale pricing had been swapped. I was going to wright the customer an apology letter as promised but, now that he has gone to the Revdex.com and VW of America to complain...

We are and always have been compliant with the rules of the [redacted]. If we need to make changes we will do so at thier direction. Our disclosures are clearer and more consise than most dealerships. The slanderous language that [redacted] wants to throw out are not productive. Our offer stands, take it or leave it, that is your choice. Full disclosure is at the following web address. By the way, if there were questions all you had to do was ask. We also dont charge for any additional services, no requrement to by an accesory or tint or better yet VIN etch as some dealers require.[redacted]
