(the Bank) does not currently have a customer with such a name on file, so the Bank can not speak to any account-specific allegations. However, the Bank does not offer any Money Market products with a $500 minimum balance requirement. The Bank is currently running a promotion for a Relationship Money Market Account, which has a $1,000 minimum balance requirement; this is the account type that the Bank believes the complainant intended to open. During the account opening process, the following disclosures are provided for the Relationship Money Market product type: initial account disclosures, fee schedule, account-specific rate sheet. The Bank does offer a standard Personal Money Market account which has a $2,500 minimum balance requirement. If an account was opened in an incorrect product type, it would be standard practice to speak to the employee who assisted the customer to confirm if there was any Bank error before processing a fee reversal request.
