Did a terrible job I had multiple leaks after he was done in fact the very 1st rain it was pouring and our dining Room I still have video of our entire family trying to clean up the mess as the water was pouring in our house we have always had leaks and problems ever since they did their job which was terrible he was a complete rip off.
Do not trust this scammer did a terrible job always said he was going to come back and repair it and he never did I have multiple messages saying he would come back and repair and never did.

Quote he provided was $28,000.
$15,000 for material and $13,000 in labor.
I went with a different company and was quoted $11,400 with additional projects added on.
3 other quotes ranged between $13-$15,000.
I feel as if Melvin B was VERY over priced for the work he quoted!!
