My husband had flowers delivered to me on 2/14/ The flowers were delivered late and with no card I called to tell my husband thank you and to ask where in the world he found such an unprofessional florist The lady was extremely loud and rude My husband called them to complain and he was yelled and told to "come get his $53" He called to confirm that he was on his way and was told he should be ashamed for ordering something he didn't want She also cursed at him I looked on their website and they guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items If you are not satisfied, it instructs you to contact their customer service department We did this and were basically cursed out I would like to know if and how to go about getting my money back
