Took my money did not respond to any emails or answer any calls and is arrogant and disrespectful on instagram.

contacted directly by By Kiy regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
ByKiy has contacted me by email, not in response to my Revdex.com complaint, but in response to more emails I have sent themThey stated that my shipment was on hold until they received the items in stock but that they would not refund my moneyI have since sent them more emails, all of which have been ignoredI will keep trying to get in touch with them in the mean time

They stated that my shipment...

was on hold until they received the items in stock but that they would not refund my money. I have since sent them 3 more emails, all of which have been ignored. I will keep trying to get in touch with them in the mean time.
