BW Construction

I'm a victim of contractor fraud involving fraudulent financing in the amount of *** placed on my property taxes.
A sales representative named *** from BW construction came to my house on May 3, 2019 to offer "free waterless tankless heater systems with a water filtration system included". *** from BW construction stated that the government was funding energy conserving upgrades to homes at no cost to the homeowner. *** sold us on his compelling case that the government would fund the waterless tankless heater and water filtration system including parts and service. *** told us that we would not pay a penny out of pocket because the government funded the two waterless tankless heaters and water filtration system.

Subsequently, we agreed to have two waterless tankless heater systems and a water filtration system installed at our house since they were promised by *** from BW construction that we would not pay anything out of pocket. On May 7, 2019, BW construction came to our house to install two waterless tankless heaters and a water filtration system.

My mother and I received our annual property tax bill in October 2019, and that is when I found out that BW Construction had fraudulently financed two waterless tankless heater systems, a water filtration system, and services for installation. A total amount of *** was financed through *** and is owed by us due annually on our property taxes. This amount was fraudulently financed without our consent or know how and was orchestrated by BW Construction. The sales contract from *** financing was forged by BW Construction and left my mother and I in the dark without our consent or know how.

BW Construction is using deceptive practices to gain money and are misrepresenting the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program to take unfair advantage of customers. BW Construction is using the program to lie to people that they can install energy conserving items for free, but then taking out loans to pay for the items that they are installing at peoples homes.

When I spoke to *** in October of 2019, the owner of BW Construction, he was well aware that his company had fraudulently misrepresented the PACE program and had illegally placed loans to homeowners using his services. *** said he would fix the loan that was fraudulently place on our property taxes but now is avoiding us.
