Review: 'Free computer diagnostics' were advertised on sandwich board outside business. Stopped in and described my problem to sales clerk. She stated computer technician was not in but would be in tomorrow to remedy issue. She called computer technician while I was in store and had me talk to him directly.He called me the next day and informed me of the issue. We came to an agreement I would do the work myself with his used keyboard and pay for that if all worked out. for 4 days straight I have now tried to contact the store and go there during business hours only to find it closed and no voicemail set up for business phone.At the time of this writing I still do not have my computer back in my possession.Desired Settlement: I would like my merchandise, an Asus laptop computer which has important documents on it returned to my possession immediately. I will not pursue with damages at this time unless warranted with merchandise itself.
