WE have paid this customer 100% advance for equipment which was ready to ship as per DJS. After doing the payment there was no follow up from them for 2 weeks . We tried multiple times to contact this supplier but did not get proper response for delivery. Since Machine was urgent need , we placed an order with other supplier and told to cancel this order. Supplier is giving us run around since last month and half to refund money. Payment was done on Dec 20th and still we have not yet received refund for this equipment.
The purchaser did not pay the invoice in full. They also tried to avoid paying taxes as well as not filling out the appropriate paperwork.
The terms and conditions of sale which they finally signed clearly state the cancellation policy if the customer cancels the order.
We have been in contact with the customer and are working on solution to this issue.
DJS Enterprises advertised on their online website a Stainless Steel Mixing Kettle. After negotiating an agreeable price we wired them almost $19,000 on November 21, 2017. After many promises and assurances, they have never shipped the kettle nor returned our payment.
DJS promised shipment at least four times in the first month, but never followed up or shipped.
Then on December 22nd they suddenly discovered that the "refurbished," tested, and working kettle needed repairs that would take two weeks. It was never repaired or shipped.
On January 10th we were told the repairs would be completed on the kettle would be shipped. It wasn't.
Finally on January 17th DJS admitted the kettle would never be shipped and we would get a refund.
After several phone calls and emails DJS now claims to be too sick to go to the bank and wire the funds.
At no time did they ever volunteer or contact us to explain their missed ship dates or equipment issues. Every contact was instigated by me. Their responses have always been delays, more delays, and excuses.
I do not trust this company, it's principal, or anything they say. I have been misled from the start and every promise given has been ignored or broken.
I want my money back in full immediately!
The Kettle the customer purchased had a broken heating element. A new one was ordered and that took a few weeks to arrive. Then it was installed, at that time it would not heat up to the desired temperature. We told the customer we would refund their money as we could not supply an operating unit. We requested a refund from the repair shop. They have been paying us in installments. We have already given the customer a partial refund and have stated the balance would be paid off in installments.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
DJS continues to say/email one thing and then do another. After many delays, apparently their bank has NO idea how to wire funds, they returned a third of the November payment on Feb 13th. I was never told they needed to pay in installments.
So I asked why they wired so little. On Feb 15th they emailed, "We will do our best to send at least half the balance next week. The rest a week or two after that." It's now a month and a half later and they haven't sent a penny; nor have they bothered to respond to any of my emails.
*** NOTHING they say ever happens.
