Customer service is unbelievable and talks down to me. Sent me faulty slippers that they won’t do anything about

I have honestly never dealt with such Insanity in my entire life. I unfortunately ordered a pair of Happy Feet slippers on their website and I got a notification that it was delivered while I was in San Diego. It was supposed to be delivered to the package Locker. Packages are not supposed to be left in front of our door or at the office. Only in the designated package Locker. This way the packages are secured and don't get stolen while people are out of town. When I came back the package wasn't there. I contacted Happy Feet slippers and they were not trying to help in any way. They said I'm not nice. What does any of this have to do with the shoes? I want my refund. I'm not paying for a product I did not receive. The owner is harassing me and threatening me. He is extremely emotional and wants to go back and forth when I asked for a refund or replacement for a past month. I have no idea why he doesn't understand he's running a business and he needs to make sure his customer receives the product. It's not my fault it was stolen either. I'm not going to pay for ghost item. The harassment I've received from the owner is absolutely unprofessional and makes me wonder if he's equipped to run a business. From the first day I asked for either a replacement or my money back and I still haven't received anything. At this point I just want a refund. I don't want to support does chauvinistic owner or any of his unprofessional business practices.
